BOOKING FAQ

HOW CAN I VISIT THE BRIDAL ROOM?

It’s APPOINTMENT ONLY and you need to book in advance! Saturday’s are particularly busy so book a few weeks ahead.
You can BOOK IN via our online calendar and choose a date that works for you.
​There are 2 appointment types available and there is a small fee to book in.
We create a friendly, fun & relaxed atmosphere for you and your guests to enjoy & make memories whilst finding your bridal outfit.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE APPOINTMENT?

We welcome you into the store and have a little chat to find out about your wedding & you! We then invite you into the bridal room to look through the rail with your guests, we leave you to pull out as many of the wedding dresses or bridal separates that catch your eye. 
Cara or Sammy our bridal stylists will then help you change in and out of the dresses, usually around an hour of trying depending how long it takes you to find the one you love! It’s super relaxed & friendly, we enjoy these appointments as much as you do! If you do wish to wear a mask please do, we've decided we are not anymore, yay! We do just ask that you do not visit if poorly, living with someone with covid. We ask you bring a max 4 guests (5 including bride) and as much as we love little ones we ask they are taken care of at home if possible. Our bridal room is bijou & can’t accommodate a pram. Please do ask us if this causes problems and we will do our best to accommodate. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FIND THE ONE?

If you find your bridal style with us (we will all do a little happy dance!!) we ask that you pay 70% deposit on the day to order & secure your dress or separates. You will pay the balance at the final dress collection appointment.
Generally, we need a minimum 6/7 months to order designer dresses and 4/6 months for our own made to measure designs. 
If your wedding is 6/7 months away then we will take measurements in the appointment and liaise with you as to the size we order. If it’s our own designs then we will book you in for a measurements appointment 6 months prior to your wedding with our dress makers upstairs in our studio.
You will need to visit again for your first fitting/alterations appointment and then a last time to collect.
We make the whole experience light & fun. 

WHAT’S YOUR PRICE RANGE?

Our dresses and bridal separates range from £1200 to £2400 but the average is around £1600. The sample shop on our website has dresses for under £800. If you’re working to a strict budget, please let me know before we start trying on and I can advise you what is suitable.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

All our pieces are made to order and therefore not exchangeable and not refundable. Once the deposit is paid, there is little we can do if you change your mind or need to cancel.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU STOCK?

Each designer has their own size range and size chart, so try not to get too hung up on numbers. Most of our collections are available to order in any size.
Our samples are mostly 12/14 with the exception of some size 8’s and a few 16/20. If you have any concerns about sizes, please give me a shout in advance.

DO YOU OFFER ALTERATIONS?

Our own collection of designs are made to measure and we offer alterations upstairs in our studio for our designer dresses purchased here only.

 

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?​

There is parking behind the main high street, behind The Farmhouse pub. Please do not park in front of the shop.
